I saw this cake posted yesterday and I liked it, so I tried it ... it's true it didn't come out as the original, but the taste is very good!

  • 3 seedless cherry cups

  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 sachet of cocoa (80 g)
  • 1 sachet of baking powder
  • 2 drops of rum essence

RECIPE PREPARATION Cherry cake:

In a saucepan I put the butter that I melted, the milk, the sugar and the cocoa and I mixed until everything becomes homogeneous. From the composition I took 10 lg + rum essence and I stopped them for the glaze. The rest is left to cool, in which the yolks, flour, baking powder and beaten egg whites are added. I prepared a round (tart) tray, I lined it with baking paper (I greased it with a little oil) I poured half of the composition, a layer of cherries, a layer of composition, at the end I started cherry. Put in the preheated oven until baking (toothpick test). when it is ready, pour the icing.
